Rotonda Meadows and Villas at Placida

Rotonda Meadows/Villas is located in Southwest Florida, near the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico (see Florida insert) and a short drive from the causeway to Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island.

The Association, a non profit Florida corporation, is the governing body for the Rotonda Meadows and Rotonda Villas subdivisions, a Rotonda community located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Southwest Florida.

The low $99 annual HOA fee covers mowing of your lot, maintenance of lakes and common areas, security and more.

Water and sewer service is throughout the subdivision but power to most of it has not yet been brought in. The HOA is actively working with Florida Power and Light to bring power throughout the development. When that happens, a “building boom” is sure to happen due to the incredible location and the natural beauty of the area.
